3.  Usage guide:

a.     before using machine should check peeling material tin and Cutting material tin to make sure no the wrong thing in it, pressing the button without the noise.

b.     Open the electromotor, check the machine run way, it should be face to knife way, otherwise should adjust the electromotor line wire to change the run way.

c.      Everything is ok then open machine, when running is right then putting potatoes in it, and then open the water tap, this time the peeled tomatoes skin will get out with water to waste goods hole, when you see the tomatoes become whiten then open up goods hole, the peeled tomatoes will flow into cutting material tin. Notice: materials getting out cannot be fast to avoid causing the machine stop, to take some time to eliminate the small waste materials from side hole of cutting material tin. If you want the machine cutting some thing to slices, you should take down the cutting strips knife.

d.      When machine in operation, if you find its in lower efficiency or on the deviant condition, you will check the knife edge to being sharp or not, otherwise you should mill the knife.

e.      When working finished, cleaning machine and the knife and wiping the face of knife with anti-rust food oil.

f.        When processing the root and stem vegetable, you should cut the root and leaf to ensure the production rate in accord with the standard.

g.      After the machine working some time, if it to became running slowly, you should check the triangle belt, and fasten it to normal tight.

Notice: must not putting salt or stone or hard goods into materials tin, to avoid the knife were damaged.
